Answer: Only those working at the practice, with rights to access patient data, can access such data. If you agree to share data in order to compare yourself with other doctors in different areas, only aggregated data will be sent to Medrave's Benchmark database, as an opt-in feature. As an added security, there is a built-in encryption of data in the software, and no patient-specific information leaves the medical office's servers.
Where is the data stored?
Answer: Where you want to store your data is up to you. We usually recommend our customers to store the data on a on-premise server.
